Provided construction and project management services.  Coordinated programmatic requirements with design documents and navigated disparities between the two to facilitate most economical and functional solutions.  Provided daily construction oversight to resolve various idiosyncrasies which developed over the life of project while maintaining quality and long-term sustainability.
