Who We Are

CSBInc. began in 1991 by providing construction management and inspection services for the construction of Schaffer Hall at St. Mary’s College of Maryland and has established a reputation of integrity, teamwork and commitment to project goals over the past 30 years in Southern Maryland. Christopher Bologna founded CSBInc. to provide construction management, inspection and consulting services for commercial projects from inception to commissioning.

CSBInc. has developed a solid reputation in the construction management field by delivering projects on time and within budget. Our innovative teaming approach successfully coordinates the goals and activities of owner, architectural team and contractor, solidifying their vision to a final completed project. Our experience spans occupied renovation/additions, institutional construction, higher education and K-12 school construction, parks and recreational facilities, sewage treatment facilities, housing projects and unique fit projects such as Port of Leonardtown Winery.
